Happiness begins here

Programs & Services

When you or a loved one is grappling with addiction, anxiety, or other challenges that disrupt a peaceful life, you need support from someone who understands what you’re going through and can provide the tools necessary for recovery. You don’t want a cookie-cutter treatment plan that fails to address your unique needs. Instead, you need someone who sees you as an individual, not just another case.

At Another Door Opens, we offer programs and services tailored not just to families but to each person who walks through our doors. We assess your needs during our intake process and continually adjust your care as your treatment progresses.

We take a holistic approach, considering your biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, to guide you and your loved ones toward recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) allows you to maintain your work, attend family events, and continue your daily life while receiving the treatment you need. This program involves 9-12 hours of treatment and services per week, with flexible day and evening options.

Our IOP includes:

Outpatient Treatment Program

Our Outpatient Treatment Program (OPP) is less intensive than the IOP but still offers highly effective treatment.

Designed to help you create lasting changes and overcome substance use or other life-disrupting issues, our program addresses lifestyle, attitude, and behaviors that may contribute to self-medication or conflict with others.

Included in the OPP:

Mental Health Co-Occuring Services

At Another Door Opens, we recognize that addiction is often intertwined with other mental health issues, and that mental health struggles can drive self-medication. Effective treatment addresses both aspects simultaneously.

Our co-occurring services include:

Anger Management

If you or a loved one struggles to control anger or experiences emotional outbursts in situations where anger may seem unwarranted, our Anger Management program can help.

This program equips you with tools to manage and express anger constructively, offering group therapy where you can learn from others facing similar challenges.

Family Services

Addiction impacts not only the individual but the entire family. We recognize that family dynamics can both contribute to and perpetuate substance abuse.

We also know that including loved ones in the recovery process can improve outcomes. Our Family Services aim to address not just the addiction but the broader family issues that may be contributing to or enabling the problem.

Our family services include:

Individualized Treatment and Planning & Counseling

At Another Door Opens, every client is actively involved in their recovery journey. Treatment plans are customized for each person, and clients participate in the planning, implementation, and follow-up processes to ensure they stay on track toward recovery. Whether you’re facing substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, anger issues, or other mental health challenges, your input is integral to the treatment process.

We understand that recovery is an ongoing journey that may require adjustments along the way. We ensure that your treatment plan is clear, understandable, and measurable, allowing you to track your progress throughout the process.

MAT+ Our Medication Assisted Treatment Program

Another Door Opens now offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), combining medications with counseling and therapy to take a comprehensive approach to substance use disorders. MAT is tailored to meet each patient’s needs and helps support long-term recovery while reducing the risk of relapse.

We currently offer three FDA-approved MAT medications:

  • Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) helps reduce opioid addiction symptoms and withdrawal, available in pill or dissolvable strip form.
  • Sublocade (buprenorphine) blocks opioid effects and is delivered via a monthly injection, combined with therapy.
  • Vivitrol (naltrexone) treats alcohol and opioid dependence. Administered as a monthly injection, it works best with psychotherapy.

Research shows that MAT can significantly improve recovery outcomes and prevent overdose.

At Another Door Opens, we are here to walk with you every step of the way as you navigate your journey to recovery. Let us help you find the tools and support you need to open the next door to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
