Outpatient Admission Tips
Preparing for your outpatient evaluation appointment can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to help. We understand that making the first call can be difficult, and our Admissions Team is committed to providing a smooth and supportive process. This includes a confidential pre-admission assessment to gather essential medical and clinical information. We’ll personally address your questions about transportation, financial arrangements, and insurance verification. Every step of the way, our team is here to guide you.
What to Bring
For your outpatient evaluation appointment, please bring the following:
- Two forms of identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
- Your insurance card
- Contact information (names, addresses, and phone numbers) for your medical doctor, pharmacy, therapist, psychiatrist, and any other providers involved in your care, such as a probation officer
- A complete list of your medications and dosages
Length of Stay
The duration of treatment is tailored to everyone’s progress. On average, treatment lasts between 3 to 6 months. Since every person has unique needs, the length of stay is determined by progress toward specific clinical goals.

- Proper healing of brain function and the nervous system
- The body to fully detox and achieve chemical stability
- Development of healthier mental habits
- Practicing new behavioral skills
- Replacing unhealthy influences with positive ones
- Building an effective support system
- Healing family relationships
- Engaging in in-depth 12-step programming and healthy social living guided by spiritual principles
Our goal is to provide the time and structure needed for lasting recovery.
Evaluation & Program Schedule
Your evaluation will take approximately two hours. Based on the results, you should plan to begin our group program the following day, attending three to five days per week, depending on the level of care recommended.
